Shamima Begum has once again begged to be allowed back into the UK saying she hates Daesh (Islamic State) following the death of her three children.

Begum fled Britain to join Daesh in Syria when she was 15. She was soon married off to Dutch fighter Yago Riedijk, with whom she had three babies. All three of her babies have died.

The 19-year-old now she wants to come back to the UK and face trial in her own country, reported Mail Online on Wednesday (25).

Speaking from a Syrian camp, Begum said she would rather be in a British jail as she wanted access to psychiatric help.

“Mentally I am in a really bad way. I need therapy to deal with my grief. It is so hard. I have lost all my children,” she told the Daily Mail.

“I have no real friends. I have lost all the friends who came with me. Now I do not have anyone.

“I would like to be at home. There is more safety in a British prison, more education and access to family.”

She added: “I hate the [Daesh] so much.

“I hate these women and what they stand for and what they believe in and that they think they can terrorise anyone who does not share their views.”

Begum is currently housed at Camp Sunshine she spends her time watching Hollywood blockbusters such as Men in Black: International and Spiderman: Far From Home.

She hasn’t had any contacts from the British government. Her family has also not been in touch with her, and the teenager’s efforts to talk have been rejected.

She said: “The only crime I committed was to come to Syria. I would like to be at home. There is more safety in a British prison, more education and access to family. Here, there are so many uncertainties about what will happen. It is still a warzone.

“I want to be taken back and put on trial in my own country. In a way it is already a punishment being in this camp.”

Earlier this year, Begum was stripped of her British citizenship by then home secretary Sajid Javid. At the time Javid justified his action saying the teenager was eligible for a Bangladeshi citizenship through her parentage.

However, the country’s foreign minister said the Daesh bride could face the death penalty is she is sent to Bangladesh.
